Camera & Locate Services
Septic problems don’t give much warning, they usually just happen and not knowing the tank location can make the situation worse. Our locate service uses a transmitter and tracker to locate the tank and leaching bed, and the optic cable and video allow us to diagnose problems within the system. Locates are also imperative before you do any digging for home improvement or remodel of your property.
Riser Installation
Central Sanitation will install septic tank risers that will make your septic tank visible for easy inspection and pumping and eliminate any significant digging in the future. A septic riser is a column that goes from the top of the septic tank to ground level. Risers are sealed so vapours will not exit your septic tank. Two risers are required so you will have access to each chamber.
Jetter Service
Blockages within a system can cause backups within your home or the tank to overflow, depending on the location of the issue. After locating an issue with our camera and locate services, we use a high- pressure jet line with a specially designed head that breaks up blockages and jets the debris back to the opening.
Digestant Sales
Central Sanitation offers a biological digestant. Grease, oils and household chemicals that get flushed to a septic tank and can disrupt the natural digestion process. By flushing our septic tank additive packets once per month, this will enhance the digestion process and provide you with a trouble-free tank. This product does not replace the need to pump your tank, however, it helps to avoid potential problems that can arise.
